Candidates can apply to the nearest Bizim Store. Our Store Managers will help candidates with the application procedure and first interview. You can also fill in the application form on our website. However, in this case you will be oriented towards the closest Store for the first interview.

The following steps are applied during employment to Store Clerk positions:

- Test: A test by Bizim Toptan Mağazacılık A.Ş.
- Human Resources Interview: Interview with the Human Resources

Employment Process
Evaluation Center Application is used in Store Manager Candidate employment process.Thus, candidates go through the following steps:
- Tests: Personality Inventory, General Abilities and Retailing Tests,
- Case Study: Various case studies
- Interviews: Interviews with the Regional Manager, Assistant General Manager and Human Resources
For General Manager Positions
Our human resource needs are set and labor force plans are made according to our company’s strategy and business targets. Our resources in selection and placement are:
- In-house rotation – promotions,
- Career pool,
- New employment
Methods of in-Store and in-Group rotation and promotions are determined in accordance with our internal regulations and procedures. In all cases, three evaluations are made:

This is about the candidate’s conformity with job requirements and qualifications determined for the position. Candidates selected at the pre-selection stage go through competence-based interviews. Candidates also take the following tests depending on positions’ requirements:

Employment Process
In our Head Office employment, candidates go through the following stages:
- Tests: Personality Inventory and General Abilities,
- Interviews: Interviews with the Functional Leader/Assistant General Manager and Human Resources
Training and Development
The aim of our Training and Development activities is to invest in our Employees’ Management, Occupational and Personal development in line with company strategies.
Our training and development needs are determined according to performance rating results, to career and backup plans, and specifically to the job and position.
During trainings we benefit not only from trainers from outside, but also from in-house trainers selected among employees.
Orientation Trainings
There is a 1-month orientation program for Employees in Stores. In the first 15 days of this period, in-store trainers provide theoretical information and practical implementations in our training center. The remaining 15 days are spent with on-the-job training.
In addition, Manager Development Programs are implemented for Prospect Managers who are newly employed or promoted.
Bizim Academy is our training investment with its 36-bed accommodation capacity, conference hall for 65 people, 2 training halls for 20 people each, 4 meeting/workshop rooms for 5 people each.
General Management Employees go through orientation programs that are unique to their positions.
Performance Rating
Our Performance rating system comprises both Target and Qualification-based ratings. The aim is to integrate company and department targets with employee targets and to determine employees’ potentials and performances.
Our performance rating system is used in:
- Monitoring employee development and making development plans,
- Making human resources plans,
- Implementing a performance-based bonus system.

As Bizim Toptan Satış Mağazaları A.Ş. , we operate in over 100 spots in Turkey. Each branch serves like a school. Each Employee is given the opportunity to become a Manager (Store Manager, Regional Manager, etc.) and to pave the way for a good career at Yıldız Holding companies. Salary and Social Benefits
Salaries are paid in gross. In addition to salary packages set for each position, our employees are also supported with various social benefits.
Quality Management System
All processes used throughout the company are certified by the Turkish Standards Institute’s ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and these documents are shared on our Intranet system QDMS (Quality Documents Management System) (open to all employees) depending on employees’ authority/areas of responsibility.
